DOB: September 2016
This lovely English Pointer was rescued in February 2018 from a government run shelter that should have been closed down two months earlier. She was alone and in need. She was microchipped so was owned at one time but had been abandoned, which often happens to unwanted hunting dogs.
When she came to us at PRS she was underweight and tested positive for Heartworm and Anaplasmosis from tick bites. She is receiving treatment for this and we hope for her to be clear of Heartworm very soon. on her last trip in June she was down to just 4% which is super news. Delia has a passport and is FAVN titre tested.

The fearless feline who puts our dogs to the test
Every dog that comes to PRS is trialled on a cat test with Attila, a vital member of our team. She's a feisty lady who we know can hold her own, she runs and hides from no one!
As many of these dogs are ex-hunters they can have high prey drives. Therefore, we carefully introduce each new member so that we can assure you of their potential suitability in your home.
We will be uploading footage from Delia's cat test shortly. If you require the new addition in your family to be cat friendly you can view our other cat tested dogs on our Youtube channel.
